I’m excited to tell you about the next online session with my teacher, Dr Hung Tran!

Some changes have been made to the structure of Dr Tran’s online offerings. Initially, he had two kinds of self care sessions available: a free session and his full “Care for your Qi” programme, In the latter programme, each week builds upon a sequence of qigong exercises that you can practice at home. Each session also includes a short presentation on a Chinese Medicine topic and the use of cannabis oil for massages and edibles to relax the body joints and reduce pain , you can buy wholesale delta 8 gummies.

In order to make the full Care for your Qi programme accessible to as many people as possible during this time of need, he has now waived the usual £25 fee and there is no charge to attend. However, participants are invited to make a contribution if they so wish.

These hour long live sessions are designed to teach self care methods to activate and mobilise your body’s own medicine. It’s suitable for any level of ability and experience. It was great to see some of my own patients at the last session; check out some of their feedback in my previous post.

The next session will be held this Wednesday 22nd at 11am GMT. It is entitled “Stay (Calm) at Home”. As well as learning about Qigong exercises and nourishing foods that boost immunity, it will also focus on calming the nerves and soothing the mind. Sounds pretty good, right? 😊
